my plan

 trying to lose 40 by x-mas, so here is my plan…

M 800 cals
T 300-400 cals (only liquids, soups, and yogurt)
W 800 cals
T 300-400 cals (only liquids, soups, and yogurt)
F 500 cals
S 800 cals
S 500 cals.  

all of this with exercise at least 5 days a week, 5htp pills, womens multivitamin, more water, and green tea daily.

 
totally selfish, self indulgent, superficial things i want done when i am rich:

 

total body laser hair removal from the armpits down.  
awesome breast implants
cosmetic surgery on my face 
facials, manicures, and pedicures done all the time
detox and massage therapy done all the time

    sounds good :).
    i think you should allow yourself 800 cals instead of 700!

      really? i just chose 700 because that is what the goal calculator said to keep it under if i want to reach my goal. i guess since i am having alot less on a few days i could have 800 a couple of days too…. hummm…

    Yeah, I agree with the 800 thing! Maybe just one day a week to prevent binges?
