keepin’ on keepin’ on

 so i had alot of prescription medication last night and i slept.  finally i slept.  i got up only to use the bathroom, care for the pets, and snack. i slept all night and i slept all day too.  i didnt get up until 5 and i am still tired.  it is a 300 to 400 calorie day and i am still doing alright, but i am just so tired.  i need to work out but i have no energy.  i dont know what to do, like i have to work out to lose the weight i need to lose in the time i want to lose it but i cant drag myself out of bed…

Today’s Stats
2 diet cokes
3 glasses of water
1 cup green tea
2 jello cup = 20 calories
1 yogurt = 45 calories
1 chicken and stars soup = 120 calories
chicken and rice soup = 150 calories
tortilla = 50 calories
