newest plan

i have to lose about 4lbs a week to make my goal of 40lbs by christmas.  here is the plan i have for myself…

600 calories daily or less.

4 liters water daily or more.

eat only apples, rice, salad, or veggie soup.

exercise daily.

do something productive like…  journal, work on business plan, budget, read, etc. daily.

clean or organize something daily.

affirmations daily.

CW: 150
weight training, bender ball & cleaned car = calories burned @ 550
soy milk, rice, crystal lite= @ 600 calories
5 liters water
took meds, 1 xenadrine, 2 laxatives

    Hi Chickee, 4lbs a week is do-able but don’t forget about the occassional plateau’s. Keep up the good work babe & chat soon. xxx
